Cause
The feature of "Client Session Timeout" where the system automatically disconnects a client (such as a workstation or RF(Radio Frequency) device) from an active RedPrairie server session after X time of inactivity was introduced in WMS version 2011.
 
Additional Information
The time to expire can be configure thru the registry file which will be in <ENVIRONMENT>\les\data directory, under SECURITY section using the SESSION-KEY-IDLE-TIMEOUT key.

Here is a snippet example of the registry file.
[SECURITY]
SESSION-KEY-IDLE-TIMEOUT=NN
Note: The value represented by NN is in seconds.
