Resolution

A distribution is a pre-allocation of a warehouse planned inbound order to a store. If specified, a Planned Inbound Order Number only inventory from this order can be used for the distribution.
Since a distribution can only be tied to a single Planned Inbound Order line, user will need to update the receipts after creation with the correct distro id.
