Resolution
  1. Log on to the application and navigate to Security Manager.
  2. Click on Role Tab and select any role which is assigned to users or create a new role.
  3. Add following access controls to the role with grant permission:
    • Demand Workbench - Causal Factors Tab
    • Demand Workbench - Data Driven Events Tab
    • Demand Workbench - History and Forecast Tab - forecast Locks
    • Demand Workbench - History and Forecast Tab - override
    • Demand Workbench - Life Cycle/External Factor Tab
    • Demand Workbench - Mask History Tab
    • Demand Workbench - Mean Value Tab
    • Demand Workbench - Seasonality Tab
    • Demand Workbench - Targets Tab
    • Demand Workbench - Year Over Year Tab
  4. After creating new role then navigate to User Manager and assign the new role to all the users who are using Demand Workbench.
