Which interface files to send when using Order Expedite and Order Analysis?

Send the current day information in the E3XRCV file daily

E3XRCV file is used to:
-Send current Receipt information,
-Close out purchase orders
-Determine how the receipt will be treated.
Also, send the current day information in the E3XPOE file daily

E3XPOE file is used to:
-add
-change or
-cancel purchase orders from order expedite.
Do not send the Order Analysis file, E3XONORD, as it will be automatically created.
If Item Lead Time file information needs to be automatically updated, then do Not send the E3XLT0 file; however, enter a “1" in the Lead Time Update Switch field (XLTUPD) in the E3XPOE Order Expedite file for each PO.

If there are old POs displaying in E3, then you may need to perform clean-up for POs.
The POs can be canceled:
1. On-line or
2. Send cancel records through the E3XPOE file or
3. Send cancel records through the E3XRCV file.

Note: The Order Analysis file, E3XONORD, will refresh itself automatically.
Also, if the customer would like a clean start which would mean deleting some historical information, then JDA would have to clear the files.
