Where to find the Jda Integrator (JI) Solution Project Directory

In Datastage 7.5, the default solution project directory is C:\Ascential\Datastage\Projects\ProjectName
In Datastage 8.1 and 8.5, the default solution project directory is C:\IBM\InformationServer\Server\Projects\Projectname
ProjectName is the name that is displayed in the Project field when entering login details in Datastage Director.
 
If the solution, project directory is not in the default location, this means that a different location was selected when Datastage was installed.  To be found as as following:
 

1. Start Datastage Administrator
2. Click on the Project tab
3. Select your Project Name 

 
The solution project folder is displayed at the bottom of the window, entitled "Project Pathname"

The Solution Project Directory is the location where several useful configuration and log files related to Datastage solution projects can be found. For example, in the integrations to EP, the EXTMemberSummary.csv and EXTMemberErrors.csv.
 
Note that files in the Solution Project Directory should never be modified; unless directed to do so by the documentation or by JDA Support.

These are some of the files that are in the Solution Project Directory:

• dssendmail_template.txt               template used for sending smtp mails from Jda Integrator
• EXTMemberErrors.csv                  log file created by the EP integrations when loading member data into EKB
• EXTMemberSummary.csv             log file created by the EP integrations when loading member data into EKB
• JDAINTEGRATORVERSION.csv  version information created by Get_JDAIntegrator_Project_Version job
• JDAMessages.csv                         configuration file for Messages generated by JI
• SDKSequences                             internal hash file used to control sequences in tables
