Resolution

2016.1 and below: Click on File > Page Setup

2017.1 and above Click on File >Print> Page Setup

Check that the right Layout file is chosen:

1. Enter page Setup

2. In the "This Layout" box, click the browse button "..."
3. If only printing with one layout file, check that no others are chosen
4. To remove layout files, select each and click "Remove"

Error Message Code
Cause
  • More than one print layout has been chosen
    • Clicking 'Add' and then choosing a Layout file will add that Layout to the end of the list
    • When printing, Space Planning will print the planogram/s with all selected Layout files, starting from the top
Additional Information

Up to 50 Layout files may be chosen to print planogram/s with.
