Resolution
IQRSVR (Quantity Reserved/On Reserve) is the number of units being held out of available inventory for special circumstances.

IQHELD (Qty Held) is also the number of units being held out of the available inventory for special circumstances, but has an end date (IOHHDT - Held Until)
The system will subtract the reserved or held quantity from the item's balance to calculate the true available balance for the item.

For example:
  • If an item has a natural SOQ of 100, then a new value of 3 is entered on the On Reserve or Qty Held fields, the new value for the SOQ will be 103 after the order is recalced (assuming no restrictions).
  • Also, the balance (Bal below OUTL on the Item Detail) will show an asterisk (*) to let you know there is a value that has affected the Item's normal SOQ.
