Resolution

The Auto held field is the sum of all plans quantities with a Hold Out Begin Date equal to or greater than today's date.
- Once the plan is accepted and gets processed in the daily then the AUTO HELD field will get populated with the Plan quantity.
- The Auto Held Quantity is active once the Plan is approved and until the Hold Out End Date is reached.
  - Until that time, the Hold Out Quantity, which defaults to the Planned Quantity amount unless changed, is subtracted from the available balance.
