SOQ Tracking is a Company Control Factor setting that controls:
  • The population of the Adjustment Type window on the Item Detail tab on the Item Properties window.
  • In Client Server unchecked=off, checked=on
  • In Green Screen 0=off, 1=On

Additional Information
  • The adjustment type will only appear in Client Server
  • Adjustments (such as plans, forward buys, bookings, and events) made to the Suggested Order Quantity for the item will show - when the adjustment occurred, how the SOQ was adjusted, and the amount of adjustment, and also gives a reference number for the SOQ adjustment
  • If the company switch is on, the following types of SOQ adjustments are displayed in the SOQ tracking list of the Item Detail tab.
  • The associated variables are listed by type; these variables are displayed in columns on the Item Detail tab:
    • BKG (BOOKING)
    • DLD (DEAL DISCOUNT)
    • DLI (DEAL INCREASE)
    • EVT (EVENT)
    • HLD (HOLDOUT)
    • PLN (PLAN)
    • PRM (PROMOTION)
    • VXF (VND TRANSFER)
    • WXF (WHS TRANSFER)
