  1. The IE settings should allow download of Active X Controls
  2. The URL should be added to Local Intranet or Trusted Sites 

      Follow the steps to add application URL to Local Intranet or Trusted Site

  • Open internet explorer on user's PC
  • Go to settings --> Internet Options -->Security
