Resolution
Perform the following steps:
  1. In the SQL Server Configuration Manager add the following startup parameter: -T9481
  2. Restart both the MOCA and REFS application services
NOTE: Fully test all changes in a TEST or DEV instance before making them in PRODUCTION to confirm expected results are achieved

Error Message Code
The system hangs with a "Loading" message when using the Item Lookup when adding an order to a new inbound shipment.
Cause
This error may occur if executing the following steps:
  1. Open screen: Receiving > Inbound Shipments
  2. Select: Actions > Add
  3. Enter: Inbound shipment, inbound shipment reference, select equipment created above using lookup, expected receipt area
  4. Click Save
  5. The following screen opens: Inbound Shipment - <Shipment Number>
  6. Select: Actions > Add Planned Inbound Order
  7. Enter: Inbound order, order type, supplier, receipt date, Yes to add lines to inbound order
  8. Click Save
  9. Use item lookup
