JDA Support does not support custom reports that are not included in the installation package.

If custom reports were developed by JDA Consulting Services, JDA Support assumes your company has completed all kinds of testing including accuracy and performance testing, has signed off the reports and taken over the ownership. Should you later have issues with such reports, you may contact JDA Consulting Services to follow up. Depending on your service contract with JDA Consulting Services, it may be billable.

1. TM system provided reports have "System Report" flag = "Yes", visible from the Web UI: Report Center - Templates. Custom reports have "System Report" flag = "No"

2. Format and the content of a custom report are totally customer's own responsibilities

3. Custom report must include the standard parameters required by TM

4. As long as TM Report Server log shows the API call to Crystal Report with the user parameters, TM is doing its job
