Resolution
Use the following command to Recover:
PSU_executable Recover PlanName planame [SubDir subDirName] [UIMode Hidden|Shown]

Error Message Code
"Download of structures failed: E051."
Cause
Suspected lack of memory resources on the machine running PSE/PSU.
Additional Information
  • When running PSE/PSU it is ideal to not run any other programs on the machine
  • Attempt to restart PSE Update Process
  • If the PSE Update does not complete, the resulting log will indicate that a PSU Recover is necessary
  • The PSU executable is typically called JDA.EnterprisePlanning.PlanningStructure.Client.WinUI.exe
  • The Recover command will use the settings from that attempted PSE Update. It is possible that the Recover command will not recognize the complete path to the Admin Structure Plan.
If this occurs, temporarily change the sub-directory defined in the EP Admin Plan tab of the JADE Admin tool.
Once the Recover completes correctly, change this directory back to the original setting.
  • Once the Recover is complete, the admin might want to run the PSU Update again to completion.
