Resolution
Create a new zone for pack staging and set it as the Processing Destination Zone for the Pack Station by following these configuration steps:
  1. Create a new Movement Zone for pack staging.  For example, Zone Name: MZ-PACK-STG-0
  2. Add a pack staging Area in the building.  For example, Area: PACK-STG
  3. Create a Location Type for pack staging.  For example, Location Type: PACK-STG
  4. Add locations using that Movement Zone, Area, and Location Type.  For example, Locations: PACK01-STG through PACK10-STG
  5. Set the new Movement Zone as the Processing Destination Zone for the Pack Staging.
  6. Assign the Movement Zone to the desired Workstation in the WebUI under: Configuration > Equipment > Hardware > Workstations.  Additionally select all Allowed Scan LPN levels (LPN, Location, Sub-LPN). 
  7. If the Processing with Workstation flag is enabled, assign the Processing Movement Zone to the Workstation configuration, this should match the selected Movement Zone that was assigned to the Workstation in the previous step above.

Error Message Code
Unable to Complete Container
Cause
This error may occur if executing the following steps when packing items that are on multiple shipping containers:
  1. Enter the identifier in the packing station to initiate packing.
  2. Process each item.
  3. Click on Complete to finish the packing process.
