Summary	There has been issue with Oracle.DataAccess Version=4.121.2.0 as it doesn't work in our web server

Resolution

Only Oracle Data Provider for .NET 4.121.2.0 version is supported for Open Access 9.1.x, 2016.1.x, 2017.1.x, and 2017.x
The higher version that is referenced in the CKB Installation Guide can work but it requires assembly redirection and installation is not straight forward
If there is no other reasons to install the higher version than 4.121.2.0, JDA recommends installing 4.121.2.0 version for the Open Access version mentioned here

Additional Information

This is only applicable for CKB running on Oracle Database platform
To verify what Oracle Data Provider version:
1. On the Web Server, navigate to base Oracle Client installed folder.(Default installed path is C:\app\client\<useraccount>\product\<version>\client_1)
2. Go to bin\ODP.NET\4 folder
3. Right click on Oracle.DataAccess.dll and select Properties
4. Verify the File or Product version in the Details tab
