How to query inventory details using an RDT

1: Login to the RDT ("Radio Data Terminal").
2: Enter query mode using

• [Ctrl+x] and press 3 on emulated RDTs, F3 on physical RDTs.
• Option 1 in the screen that is displayed:

3:Press <Enter> in the following screen

4:Query with appropriate input ex: SKU in the below screen

Note that the inventory query option is not available during stock checking in order to require an RDT operator to physically count records rather than short-cutting the process by looking up Dispatcher's recorded inventory quantity.
