Cause

This error may occur if no or an incorrect entry in the EP Button > Database Connections > Connect Options - Server
of Enterprise Planning Client (EPC) exist.

Additional Information

The value entered in the field (Connect Options - Server) is written to the registry in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JDa\Arthur\Enterprise Planning\PKBConfig of the users profile.

Once updated, EPC will retrieve the value from this key.
If the value is not being maintained, it possible that the users profile is being modified on the back end. Potentially a floating or master profile.
