Resolution
To use the Enterprise Planning Import Wizard from an Excel VBA script, you need to set up the references to the wizard's object library.
  1. Start Microsoft Excel.
  2. Select the Office button.
  3. Select Excel Options from the Application Menu.
  4. Go to Add-Ins.
  5. Under the Manage area, select Excel Add-ins from the menu and click Go.
  6. Click Browse and navigate to the Planning/Utility directory.
  7. Make sure the Files of Type option is set to Add-Ins.
  8. Select the PLNDATA.XLA and click OK.
  9. Verify that the Planning Import Wizard option is selected from the available list.
  10. Select OK to close the Application Menu and return to Excel.
  11. The Planning Import Wizard should now appear in the Add-ins tab.
