To use the Enterprise Planning Import Wizard from an Excel VBA script, you need to set up the references to the wizard's object library.
- Start Microsoft Excel.
- Select the Office button.
- Select Excel Options from the Application Menu.
- Go to Add-Ins.
- Under the Manage area, select Excel Add-ins from the menu and click Go.
- Click Browse and navigate to the Planning/Utility directory.
- Make sure the Files of Type option is set to Add-Ins.
- Select the PLNDATA.XLA and click OK.
- Verify that the Planning Import Wizard option is selected from the available list.
- Select OK to close the Application Menu and return to Excel.
- The Planning Import Wizard should now appear in the Add-ins tab.
