I can't drag products from my product library to my planogram

1. Right click in your product library > Properties
2. Click on the General tab and make note of the Matching Key you selected (either UPC, ID, or ID+UPC)
3. Click OK
4. Check in your open product library, if the Matching Key field(s) you selected in the Product Library Properties are populated with data.
5. You can either; A. add data to the second field that is missing data, or B. change the Matching Key in the Product Library properties to the field that contains the data (either UPC or ID).

6. Make sure planogram  is not in read-only mode

1. The Matching Key field that was set in the Product Library did not have a value in the product. Therefore, it could not pull down the information from the Product Library to the planogram.

2. Planogram  is in read-only mode

For example: If you set the Matching Key in the Product Library properties to be "ID+UPC", then both of these fields must have values in the Product Library. If in the Product library you have data in the UPC field, but not in the ID field you will not be able to drag that product to the planogram because Space Planning is looking for both fields.
