1. Go to File > Save to retain the changes to the current project
2. Go to File > Save As

Version 2017.1 and above

1. Go to File > Save > Save to retain the changes to the current project
2. Go to File > Save As

3. Click on Check Box Save as multiple psa files In the bottom left corner .
4. Navigate to the folder the files should be saved.
5. Click the Save button.

This functionality is only available in Space Planning Plus. Activations at lower authorization levels do not allow multi-planogram projects.
'Save as Multiple psa Files' saves each planogram in a multi-planogram project to a separate single-planogram project file. The assigned file name varies based on the origin of the planograms in the project file. See Planogram file naming in the Help guide.
'Save Active Planogram Only' saves the active planogram in a multi-planogram project as a separate single-planogram project file. The file name is set to the value in the planogram’s Name field by default, but users can rename the file during the save.
