Resolution | - Open a Planogram project to package for distribution
- Open related tables, charts, fixture libraries, or product libraries to include in the package
- If changes are made to any of these files, save the changes
- Navigate to File Package:
- For Space Planning 2016.1 and below, select File > Package
- For Space Planning 2017.1 and above, select Space Planning Home button on the top left > Share > Package
- Select required check boxes from the following to specify the files to include in the package:
- Active Project
- Bitmap Images
- Shape Files
- 3D Model Files
- Layouts and Labels
- Analysis Files
- Fixture Libraries
- Product Libraries
- Settings Files
- Click Get Files to add each of the selected file types to the package
- A list of the included files is displayed in the Files to be Zipped list. If warning conditions are found, the Warnings list is displayed to indicate the issues
- Click Add to specify additional files, such as non-Space Planning files, to be included in the package. The Open dialog box is displayed
- Select a file and click OK to add the file to the package
- Files added in this manner are displayed in the User Files list
- Select an option from the Package Lists drop-down to review the Files to be Zipped, Warnings and User Files
- Select a file from the available lists, then click Remove to remove the file from the package
- You can press Ctrl or Shift to select multiple files to be removed. You can also click Clear Files to remove all files
- Click Save to save the package to a zip file. The Save Package Zip File dialog box is displayed
- Navigate to the location where you want to save the zip file
- Give the file name for the zip file
- Click OK
- The zip file is saved, containing the selected files and files listing the files in the package and warnings associated with the package
- Click Send to send the saved package file as an attachment to an email, as needed
- Click Close to close the dialog box after the package is saved
