1. If JDA PDF Writer already exists on the machine, select Start > Control Panel
2. Use the Add or Remove Programs to remove the existing application version
(Note: If installing JDA PDF Writer on a Windows 2008 Server machine, restart the machine before and after performing the new installation.)
3. In 64-bit environments, select an option to specify JDA PDF Writer
- For use only with batch applications (that is, Web Publishing or Category Knowledge Server) or
- For interactive use with the remaining supported JDA applications(i.e. Space Planning and Floor Planning)
(Note: Only one option can be selected. If installed for batch applications and then attempt to print interactively, an error will be displayed.)
