For 2016.1 and below:
1. Navigate to "View" Menu
2. Click "Property List" >> click "Desired property list"(Current Object/Planogram/Segment/Fixture/Position/Drawing/OLE Embedded Object)

For 2017.1 and Above:
1. Navigate to View tab
2. In Show ribbon group --> Click on drop-down under Property List
3. Select the desired object like Position, Fixture, etc to view property list
