How to obtain the username and activation code or dongle for Category Management Products via Blue Yonder Customer Success Portal

1. Log in to the Blue Yonder Customer Success Portal.
2. Click on the "Solutions" dropdown menu and select "All":
   
   
   
   
3. Choose the product(s) for which activation details are needed.
4. Click on "Downloads" in the top right corner:
   
   
   
   
5. On the version download page, click the blue hyperlink "create request here" to initiate the creation of a case:
   
   
   
   
6. Select "Request a License Key":
   
   
   
   
7. Fill out the required information and click "Next".
8. Review the Case Summary. Click "Answer additional questions" to supplement case details.
9. To add more details to the case, click "Add more details".
10. Submit the case. A Case Number will be generated, and a notice will be sent to the Service Desk, which will transfer the request to Frontline for processing.

Users need to download the username and activation code for Category Management Products.
