User will be redirected to a listing of all the products which have an entitlement status of Active / Pending.

In the version download page, click the blue hyperlink “Create Request Here.” This will direct the user to create a Case.

Fill out the pertinent information and click “Next.”
Review the Case Summary. If corrections are needed
Click on “Answer additional questions” to provide additional information that will help for the case triage.
If you need to add more details to the case, click “Add more details.”
Once the Case is submitted, it will generate a Case Number and send a notice to the Service Desk, who will then transfer the request to Frontline to begin working the request.
