  1. Login to TM Web UI
  2. Click Load Processing > Loads
  3. Select load
  4. Click Properties
  5. In the Workflow Control section, search for "Suspended Reason"

  1. Login to TM Web UI
  2. In the Solutions section, click Transportation Manager
  3. Run query for list of loads
  4. Select load
  5. Click Properties
  6. In the Details section, search for "Suspend Reason"
