Resolution

Generate Support.zip:

  1. Open connection to application Console
  2. Click "Support" button upper right hand corner of Console
  3. Confirm you want to generate the support.zip
  4. Select "Save As" and save support.zip to your client PC


Citrix Users: Support.zip will be generated on the Citrix server.  Citrix Administrator will have to provide the support.zip file.
