 Version 2016.1 and below 

 1. Go to Settings > Display > Front View

 Version 2017.1 and above

  1. Go to file --> Settings --> Settings --> Display tab --> Front view

  2. Click on General tab

  3. Select Show bitmaps check box
 
  4. Click OK to apply changes

  5. Restart space planning

  • Above steps are to enable images in front view by default. For side view, top view and 3D view select relevant view at first step.
