Resolution
  1. Login to Enterprise/Classic application
  2. Navigate to Workforce Employees screen
  3. Enter search criteria (location, employee name) in the Seach Options screen
  4. Click on View Results
  5. Open the Workforce record for the employee
  6. Navigate to Scheduling tab
  7. Check the 'Scheduling Type' field

  • Manual - To schedule employees manually
  • Auto - To auto-schedule the employee
