Resolution

Step 1 - Find Form Moniker

1. Navigate to the screen that you wish to add the override.
2. Hold Ctrl and left-click Instructions in the top-right corner;

3. This should open a screen with the Form Information. If the screen is blank, close it and repeat step 2 to re-open.
4. Make a note of the form moniker in the Form Information section.

5. It can also be worth looking to see the name of the UI element that you wish to change in the Form Message section.

Step 2 - Add Override

1. Navigate to Form Override Setup
2. Search for Moniker found in Step 1.4

3. Open Form and click Add Override button at the bottom
    Add Override
4. Search for the UI element that you want to override. If you found the element name in step 1.5 you should be able to search for that as the Label.
5. You can add a form override for any combination of UI Component and User Role
    Choose combination of component and user role to add override for.
6. Tick the box next to the combination of Component and User Role that you wish to add the override to, and click Select
7. You should now see your override listed
    Edit override
8. You can now add the override to the UI component for the role. You can choose to hide the component, make it read only, make it a required field, change the data format or change the width.
9. Once you have finished, click Save & Close to make the changes.
