Resolution

1. Go to locate and search for Inventory Configuration Maintenance Screen
2. Click the Inventory Adjustment tab
3. Select user or role

Check adjustment threshold for Cost threshold and Unit threshold.
If the cost and unit of part being adjusted is more than the threshold, then adjustment will not be performed and will go to Inventory Adjustment Approval Screen.
