Resolution
  •  If the company control factor CDTNTJ (Date Update In Night Job) is set to 1, the daily job will set the new E3 date based on the AS/400 date
  •  If the time is after 12:00 pm and before midnight when the daily job is running, it sets the date to AS/400 date + 1
  •  Otherwise it simply uses the current AS/400 date.
