Resolution
  1. Navigate to the import directory for the environment and client
  2. Navigate to the import folder that corresponds to the type of file you are importing
  3. Copy the import file into the folder
  4. Create a new file with the same name as the file you are importing and add an '.flag' extension to the end of the filename;
    • For example, if you are importing the file 'Test.xml' you would create the file 'Test.xml.flag'
  5. Rename the .flag file, replacing the .flag extension with a .done extension
    • For example, 'Test.xml.flag' would be reneamed to 'Test.xml.done'
  6. .done file should now disappear, and the import file will be imported

  • are unsure of the correct import folder

then raise a case with the Blue Yonder Support Team.
