Resolution
  1. Log on to ESO as Client Administrator
  2. From the menu, click POS Configuration
  3. Click Receipt Configuration
  4. Select the receipt you want to edit ie: Cash Drawer
  5. Select the desired receipt section ie: Store Name Header
  6. Click the Edit link
  7. Click the existing Text Message link to edit the text
  8. To add a line to the receipt section, click Add Receipt Section Detail
  9. When finished, click Save and Close
  10. Follow steps 4 through 9 to add or edit more receipt sections
  11. Click Save and Close to close the Edit Receipt screen
  12. Click Close to close the Receipt Configuration
