1. Reset the password for the XMETA user

2. Stop the services in the following order from the windows services manager:

DataStage Telnet Service (dstelnet)
InfoSphere Engine Resource Service
DSRPC Service (dsrpc)
ASB Agent (ASB Agent)
IBM WebSphere Application Server

3. Start the services in the following order from the windows services manager:IBM WebSphere Application Server

ASB Agent (ASB Agent)
DSRPC Service (dsrpc)
InfoSphere Engine Resource Service
DataStage Telnet Service (dstelnet)
