Resolution

Check and remove policies where return string 1 (rtstr1) field has LMLib in the string.
Labor (JDA Warehouse Labor Management) was not installed and customer is not using it.

From Server Command Operations :

[select * from poldat where rtstr1 like '%LMLib%']

Copy the data into a spreadsheet to save the policies.

[delete from poldat where rtstr1 like '%LMLib%']

Retry to logout. The error should no longer appear.
