Resolution

1. Open Control Panel --> Uninstall Program
2. If RedPrairie Client does not appear then:
     a. Manually delete icon.
     b. Manually delete folders under C:\Program Files\RedPrairie
     c. Install RedPrairie Client
     d. Launch Application.
     e. If application still does not launch (but -1 error does not occur) then follow steps again starting with Step # 1.
3. Install RedPrairie Client
4. Launch application
