Resolution
1. Verify that font file ARIALUNI is not present on the PC that is running the web client. It should be present in directory "%WINDIR%\fonts" (WINDIR is generally set to C:\WINDOWS for most PCs).

2. If the font file is not present then:

2.1. Download ARIALUNI.TTF from the attachment in this article

2.2. Install ARIALUNI.TTF on the PC that is running the web client

2.3. Copy the font to location $JAVA_HOME\lib\fonts

2.4. Logout from the client and shut down all the browser instances

2.5. Login to the webclient and retry the report.

Note: In some cases even though Arial Unicode font is present in windows client the issue might occur. In such cases Arial Unicode font needs to be removed and reinstalled to resolve the issue
