Summary	Currently, MS Office 2010 installed (MS Access included) only but not MS Access Runtime 2010. Would like to uninstall MS Access 2010 and install MS Access Runtime 2010 which is required for EP Server Administrator Workbench. EPSAW needs to be reinstalled after uninstalling MS Access and installing MS Access Runtime?

No, EPSAW will function normally even after uninstalling MS Access 2010 and install MS Access Runtime 2010.

There is no need to uninstall EPSAW after uninstalling MS Access 2010, the MS Access Runtime 2010 can be install right away and EPSAW/AfQ is expected to work.
There is a dependency on the runtime for AfQ to function properly as it generates the cubes shape cache file in .mdb format (******.mdb).

This cache is created for each cube and if the runtime is not installed, you wouldn’t be able to connect to the cubes.
