Resolution
  1. Change the input source type for version with issue to "Untrusted"
  2. Run Foundation Structure Update
  3. Rebuild Master Measure Map
  4. Change the FTF with version issue back to "Trusted"
  5. Run Foundation Structure Update
  6. Rebuild Master Measure Map
  7. Verify the Master Measure Map to see if the inputsrctablename field gets populated. If not, perform steps 8 to 19
  8. Connect the quartz cube for the version in question using Architect for Quartz
  9. Check-Out
  10. Un-assign all base measures
  11. Check-In
  12. Run Data Restructure
  13. Rebuild Master Measure Map
  14. Connect the quartz cube for the version in question using Architect for Quartz
  15. Check-Out
  16. Re-assign all base measures in Quartz for the above version
  17. Check-In
  18. Run Data Restructure
  19. Rebuild Master Measure Map and check setting for above version

Cause
This error may occur due to Master Measure Map (MMM) measures not having appropriate inputsrctablename fields populated for version having the issue when submitting to EKB database from Enterprise Planning.
