Resolution
You Need to add Font Embedding while generating the pdf file. There are different font embedding options: Partial, Full and licensed font embedding. Please add Partial Font Embedding option. 

To add Font embedding, 
1. Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers
2. Right click on JDA PDF Writer >  Printing preferences
3. Click on PDF Options
4. Select "Enable", "Partial font embedding (optimizes file size)" and the "Multi-language support" options
5. Click OK
