Resolution
Step 1. Click on Start and select "Control Panel". Select "Administrative Tools" and then "Services". (Else go to Start -> Run, then run the command "services.msc", without quotes).

Step 2. A new window named as "Services" will open where you need to stop the service named as "Crypkey License".

Step 3. Once the service is stopped, delete the following 4 files from the TMOD install folder. (For this you must need full access of the machine). Take a back up of these files in a separate folder before deleting.

To view the below mentioned files make sure that the hide file option in Windows is checked or unchecked, 
  • Windows Explorer -> Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) - Uncheck it
  • Windows Explorer -> Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> Hide extensions for known file types - Uncheck it
  • Windows Explorer -> Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> Show hidden files and folders - Check this radio button
TMOD application files:
  • Tmod.ent
  • Tmod.key
  • Tmod.rst
  • Tmod.41s

SCS application files:
  • SCS.ent
  • SCS.key
  • SCS.rst
  • SCS.41s

Delete the above mentioned files, restart your machine and start the TMOD or SCS. (recommend to 'Run as administrator') You will get a new site code.
