Error Message Code
APE job failure with error:

Description=Unable to create object from CLSID '{GUID}'.
Text=The parameter is incorrect.
Cause
The cause is almost always environmental. Log4Rads can give useful information.
  • If your issue is intermittent and nothing has changed in your environment, then the likely cause is that APE doesn't have sufficient memory to process the jobs.
  • If the issue is occurring after a change in your environment, then this will need to be investigated by the team managing your environments (JDA Cloud if hosted by JDA)
Additional Information
It is recommended that you restart APE service daily across all APP servers during your daily maintenance window to avoid these kinds of issues. You could deploy an automated script/task to do the service restart daily at a scheduled time in your environment.
